Clinical Opening with Ownership Opportunity!

Clinical Orthotic Consultants of Windsor is a private Orthotic Facility servicing the Windsor/Essex area for almost 30 years.  We provide a full range of services from pediatric to geriatric, helmets, spinal and lower extremity.  We work closely with the local Childrens Treatment Centre and the 4 hospitals in the area.  Presently we are composed of two full time Certified Orthotists, two full time Technicians and one Office Manager. I am looking to sell the business, and have a buyer interested, but I need to find someone to replace myself!  So, we are looking for a Certified Orthotist to move into one of three roles.

A possible sole ownership role with clinical duties, or

An equity share role with the interested buyer and clinical duties, or

A clinical and managerial role with no equity.

The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, with paid lunch, paid vacation, group benefits (extended health insurance) and continuing education supplementation. A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.  Relocation allowance can be discussed.

Windsor and the surrounding County of Essex is a hidden gem.  Affordable housing, never any traffic, warmest weather in Canada.  All the benefits of living in a large American city (International Airport 20 minutes away, 4 Major Sports franchises and unlimited concert options 10 minutes away, right across the border), except you don’t have to live in Detroit!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking at sole or partial ownership in a turnkey operation.  I am more than willing to stay on for up to 2 years while the transition takes place.
