Ottobock: Utilizing SCO & SSCO to Optimize Patient Outcomes

This 8 hour seminar will cover patient assessment, indications and contraindications for stance control and stance and swing control, evaluation using a test orthosis and measurements and casting for stance control and stance and swing control orthotic devices.

Upon successful completion of this seminar, participants will be able to correctly identify candidates, as well as take correct measurements and cast for Ottobock Stance Control and Stance and Swing Control devices.

Needs Identification: This 7 hour seminar will cover patient assessment, indications and contraindications for stance control and stance and swing control, evaluation using a test orthosis and measurements and casting for stance control and stance and swing control orthotic devices.

Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this seminar, participants will be able to correctly identify candidates, as well as take correct measurements and cast for Ottobock Stance Control and Stance and Swing Control devices.

Assessment of Satisfactory Completion: Participants will be required to complete a quiz to prove understanding of the material presented.

Program Evaluation: Participants will be given a survey to complete. speaker will evaluate success of course in part based on discussion and question and answer periods throughout and at the end of the course.
