Reporting to the Manager of Assistive Technology, as a member of a multi-disciplinary team the Certified Prosthetist provides a diverse range of clinical interventions to a pediatric and adult population. Essential components of this position include a high degree of expertise in decision-making, creativity, interpersonal skills and professional development. The Certified Prosthetist provides clinical leadership particularly in complex cases and has the knowledge, skill and judgment needed to provide competent, evidence informed care. The dynamic environment requires the Certified Prosthetist to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with other health care professionals to solve challenging clinical issues. The Certified Prosthetist supports the development of students and colleagues through acting as a preceptor and providing ongoing mentorship. The Certified Prosthetist  will attend clinics, rounds, conference and meetings as required and provide supervision and evaluation of students and/or technicians.

* Long assignment, Full-time position; 75 hours bi-weekly
* Beginning as soon as possible until September 1, 2022

These are anticipated dates and subject to change

$38.79 - $42.22/hourly
